Why Go to Church?

If you have accepted the Lord Jesus into your life you know that it is the most important decision you have made. You just had your name written in the book of life in heaven. Now that you are a Christian you want to glorify the Lord in all that you do. The church will help you do that. It will help you in learning Gods Word. It will help you in worshiping Him and giving him praise. It will help you in prayer. It will help you in fellowship with meeting other Christians.

Its kind of like this: Lets say you love to play basketball on Saturdays and the competition is tough. You better go and practice during the week or you're going to get eaten alive on the basketball court. Same with church. If you don’t go, this world is going eat you alive and that is Satan’s plan. If you are not going to church and strengthening your faith, Satan has you right where he wants you.
