Why Jesus?

So you may ask the question. Why Jesus? Very very important question. To take Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior for eternal life you must know why. Well it is a historical fact that Jesus was here on earth and that he did what the bible says he did. It is as much as a fact that George Washington was the first president of the United states of America. Have you ever asked yourself why you believe that George Washington was the first President of the United States of America? Well you believe it because you read it in a history book. This is all that we have to go by for past historical events before video and audio. There are more manuscripts written to support Jesus life than George Washington. Fortunately we have much more to prove Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. We have prophecy. Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies. Even people that hated Jesus believe that he existed. They did not want to believe that he is Lord. They put him on a cross and crucified him for saying that he is God, just as the Old Testament said they would through prophecy.  Then you may ask, how could he have been crucified if he was the Lord? Jesus went willingly to the cross. It had to happen. It was God's plan to sacrifice his only begotten son to wipe out all sin, so that we may have eternal life in heaven with him as said in Isaiah 53 written 700 years before Jesus was born. That’s how much he loves us. Do you believe this? If not why? Can you prove this wrong?

To make a choice to not believe that Jesus is God is to make the decision to reject Jesus Completely (as he put it himself in the New Testament).

John 3:16 says” for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son. That whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” On the third day of being in the Tomb Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven.
